Beautiful packaging. The hair was extremely soft and very believable straight out of the box but I washed it because it had a smell to it. I couldn't get rid of the smell, but also the hair began to tangle when it was just sitting on the wig head. The tangles get worse, by the time the wig was completely dry it was a tangled mess. And it was also no where near as soft and free moving as it was. Disappointing. But sellers were great. (Posted on 10/29/2018)

Really nice texture super soft.definitely need to bleach the knots though. Gave it four stars because it is not the same length in the front and back, the back is a lot longer also it was too thin and scraggly at the ends. It is preplucked and has baby hairs. Love the wig! It fits very well and has 4 combs in the unit. It's comfortable and the quality of hair is A+! LOUIS was so easy and quick to work with and asked many question to help quicken the process. Received unit within 4 days or placing order. No shedding right got out of package. Will be co-washing and I don't expect any shedding then either. Hairline is dense but looks natural. Will be shopping from this vendor again very soon! For the price, the quality is amazing!!!
