It was very neatly packaged and the hair did not smell. This wig was true to length and the hair texture is very, very soft. This was my first time buying hair on Hesperisand so I did weeks of research; and, it paid off! I purchased 18 inches which is true to length. This hair has been thru a lot in one week. I attempted to dye the knots and over processed it, so I had to redye the roots back black. Needless to say that this hair has been washed A LOT and yet very little shedding. The compliments are constantly rolling in from everyone who sees my hair. Believe me when I say you will not go wrong with this purchase. I have had this hair for a week now, and so far I love it. I have wet it and the waves come right back. It could be a little thicker for a more diva-ish look but I'm happy rocking this as a more natural look. I didn't bleach the knots on this unit bc i don't like how it weakens the hair and causes shedding. This hair sheds minimally and barely tangles and when it does my hand can easily finger through it. I usually wear straight units but i decided to switch it up and I'm glad i did bc this wig is great. I get so many compliments on this deep wave hair. Hubby loves it as well!
